We're dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service. For all support inquiries, please submit a ticket through our dedicated support system: ClipartSet Support Tickets. This is the quickest and most efficient way for us to handle your questions and concerns.

Operating Hours

Our support team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, UK time. We strive to respond to all support inquiries received during these hours within 4 hours. We understand the importance of timely assistance and we are committed to ensuring you receive the support you need when you need it.

After-Hours and Weekend Support

We value your experience with our products even outside of regular office hours. For inquiries received outside of our operating hours, we generally respond within 24 hours. Please note that any support requests received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed on the following Monday.
